Visual, Performing Arts Student Success Stories

Citrus College is thrilled to share some news about photography alumna Marie-Andrée Chinchilla!

Chinchilla recently started her dream career as gallery operations and project coordinator at the newly opened CSUF Begovich Gallery at California State University, Fullerton. Upon transferring to Cal State Fullerton, she completed her Bachelor's in Art History degree, followed by an internship at The Art Institute of Chicago, where she worked in the photography archive. Chinchilla now serves with gallery director Jennifer Frias, who also studied at Citrus College as a high school student in the dual enrollment program.

Recently, Citrus College photography instructor Amanda Keller Konya and several alumni celebrated together at the opening reception of the Begovich Gallery.
